By creating an account or using AnkOra, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The service

AnkOra is a software platform designed to assist professional numerology practitioners in generating numerology reports and managing client records.

Numerology is an interpretive discipline intended for informational and advisory purposes only. Reports generated by AnkOra are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system

Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Client information

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary authority and consent to submit your clients' personal information for processing through AnkOra.

Credits and payments

Reports are generated using credits.

Credits may be purchased through Razorpay at the prices displayed during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, purchased credits do not expire.

Each generated report constitutes a completed digital service. Purchased credits are therefore non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use AnkOra for unlawful purposes
• Upload false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the system
• Misuse automated tools to overload the platform

Intellectual property

All software, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation and report formats remain the intellectual property of Proman Associates LLP unless otherwise stated.

No ownership rights are transferred by use of the service.

Availability

We strive to keep AnkOra available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may suspend, modify or discontinue portions of the service for maintenance, upgrades, security or operational reasons.

Limitation of liability

Reports generated by AnkOra are produced using automated software and should be interpreted as informational guidance rather than statements of fact.

Users remain solely responsible for any professional advice or decisions made using the reports.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnkOra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to AnkOra during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Term of AI Mentor Access and Seeker Services

Direct Seeker purchases (Personal Blueprint packages) include interactive access to the 24/7 AI Mentor for a fixed term of 365 calendar days from payment confirmation ("Active Solar Cycle").

AnkOra makes no express or implied warranty or representation of perpetual, lifelong, or indefinite service availability.

Following the expiration of the 365-day cycle, the seeker's historical consultation records, chat transcripts, and 21-page PDF dossier remain permanently accessible in read-only format without recurring fees.

Continued interactive mentor queries after 365 days are subject to optional annual cycle renewal, on-demand passes, or user-configured Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) third-party API credentials, provided on an "as-is" basis without platform service level agreements (SLAs).

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of AnkOra after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of AnkOra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
