Refund & Cancellation Policy

AnkOra sells credits that are used to generate digital numerology reports. This policy explains cancellations and refunds. AnkOra is operated by Proman Associates LLP, India.

Cancellation

You may stop using AnkOra or request deletion of your account at any time. There is no recurring charge to cancel — credits are bought as one-time packs.

Refunds on credits

Credits pay for a digital service that is delivered instantly when a report is generated. Once a report has been generated, the credits used for it are consumed and are non-refundable.

Unused credits remaining in your account are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Failed or duplicate payments

If your payment was charged but the corresponding credits were not added to your account, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, you are entitled to a full correction. Please contact us within 7 working days with your payment reference. After verification, the amount will be either credited to your account or refunded to your original payment method.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.
